Terms and conditions for using Pentesting.pt services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Pentesting.pt. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Pentesting.pt provides penetration testing and cybersecurity consulting services. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a separate agreement or service proposal.
Authorization
Before we begin any penetration testing, we require written authorization from the client. The client must ensure they have the authority to authorize testing on the target systems.
Limitations
Our services are subject to the following limitations:
- We perform testing only on the systems and within the scope specified in the service agreement
- We do not guarantee that all security issues will be identified
- Our testing represents a point-in-time assessment of security at the time of testing
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without the client's consent, except when required by law.
Intellectual Property
All reports, documentation, and materials provided as part of our services become the property of the client upon full payment. Pentesting.pt retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies, tools, and know-how.
Payment
Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. We typically require a partial payment upfront and the remainder upon completion of services.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify Pentesting.pt against any claims resulting from the use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. The client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
